PBW manufactures approx.1.5 million pieces bearings and bushings per annum, ranging from 20 mm to 300 mm diameter.

This is achieved through the support of machine shop comprising of world class SPMs to perform critical operations, CNCs, other SPMs and basic machinery.

The in-house tool room facility has proven a strong support in developing jigs, fixtures & toolings to machine critical parameters of bearings.

In order to facilitate new product development, based on customer samples and or drawings, our "product engineering department” comprising of cross functional heads, derive the manufacturing parameters, keeping in view the application of the product.
